Melonade!
  • 1/2 cup (125ml) lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 3 cups (500g) coarsely
  • chopped watermelon (from 1kg piece)
  • 1 1/2 (375ml) chilled sparkling mineral water
Combine juice and sugar in small saucepan; stir over low heat until sugar dissolves. Cool.

Blend or process the watermelon, in batches, until smooth; strain through sieve into a large jug. Stir in lemon syrup and mineral water; serve immediately!
Easy Energy Almond Butter Banana Shake
Vegan, Serves 2
Blend:-
  • 1 3/4 cups almond milk or soy milk, vanilla flavor (or you can use regular milk)
  • 2 large frozen bananas, ripe
  • 2 heaped tbsp creamy almond butter, salted (raw or roasted)
  • 1/4 cup ice
  • 1/4 tsp cinamon
Garnish: Roasted almonds
Spicy Twist: Add 1/2 tsp ginger powder, dash of cayenne and a dash of nutmeg

Blend-
  • 5 strawberries 
  • handful of raspberries and blackberries
  • 4th cup of greek yogurt
  • handful of ice
  • 1 cup of juice
