- 1/2 cup (125ml) lemon juice
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 3 cups (500g) coarsely
- chopped watermelon (from 1kg piece)
- 1 1/2 (375ml) chilled sparkling mineral water
Blend or process the watermelon, in batches, until smooth; strain through sieve into a large jug. Stir in lemon syrup and mineral water; serve immediately!
Easy Energy Almond Butter Banana Shake
Vegan, Serves 2
Blend:-
- 1 3/4 cups almond milk or soy milk, vanilla flavor (or you can use regular milk)
- 2 large frozen bananas, ripe
- 2 heaped tbsp creamy almond butter, salted (raw or roasted)
- 1/4 cup ice
- 1/4 tsp cinamon
Spicy Twist: Add 1/2 tsp ginger powder, dash of cayenne and a dash of nutmeg

Blend-
- 5 strawberries
- handful of raspberries and blackberries
- 4th cup of greek yogurt
- handful of ice
- 1 cup of juice
